Carrier Oils

So you’ve heard of carrier oils, but what exactly are they and why do you need them? You see, a great way to use essential oils is to massage them into your skin on problem areas - but they need to be diluted first. Enter: carrier oils, they act as a medium to help with absorption of the essential oils without blocking the skin. In this article we look at some of the common ones and their properties.
